| 1. | In order to make registration, write an e-mail to Nanami Morita by October 9, 2017. In the e-mail, the following information should be included. |
| ● Your name (First Middle Last) | |
| ● Affiliation | |
| ● Whether you are student or not | |
| ● Whether you will give a poster presentation or not | |
| ● Whether you will attend the banquet (Nov. 9th) or not | |
| 2. | Nanami Morita will send your registration number to you. |
| 3. | If you will give a poster presentation, please go to "Call for Papers". |
| 4. | If you will attend the banquet (Nov. 9th), please pay the banquet fee at the Reception Desk on the day. Payment is accepted only by cash, NOT by credit card. |
